The Central Lakes College Raiders football team, which on Nov. 4 won the Minnesota College Athletic Conference championship, 33-23, over Rochester, is ranked 10th in the NJCAA football poll released Nov. 6. This is the highest ranking for CLC during the season, which brought 10 straight wins after the opening 30-28 loss at Northland. The rankings: 1. Iowa Western (10-0), 2. Butler, Kansas (10-0), 3. Nassau, N.Y. (9-0), 4. Northeastern Oklahoma A & M (9-1), 5. ASA, N.Y. (8-0), 6. Mississippi Gulf Coast, Miss. (9-1), 7. Snow, Utah (9-1), 8. Arizona Western (7-1), 9. Navarro, Texas (8-2), 10. Central Lakes College (10-1). Rochester (9-2) is ranked 18th (last week 14th).
