Central Lakes College freshmen volleyball players Lindsay Monson of Pierz (shown), Tiffany Hartung of Little Falls, and Sarah Miller of Crosslake are Northern Division honorees this week in the Minnesota College Athletic Conference. Lindsay, a six-foot middle hitter, had 13 kills vs. Fond du Lac and a stellar .452 attack percentage for the week. She collected 37 kills during an outstanding, 3-win week (3.7 per game). Lindsay also had 12 blocks and 5 ace serves. One of the Setters of the Week was Tiffany, who handedout 90 assists, including a high of 43 vs. Mesabi Range. Sarah was Libero of the Week for 42 digs (4.66 per game), including 22 in the win over Mesabi. She served 94 percent for the week.
